    • weather;
    • customs;
    • supply chain disruptions;
    • incorrect customer information;
    • circumstances beyond our control.

    Incorrect Addresses

    Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may be subject to additional shipping fees or cancellation at our discretion. ---

    Lost or Stolen Packages

    Once a package is transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. Vital Baseline is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages after carrier acceptance. Customers should contact the carrier directly regarding delivery issues. ---

    REFUND POLICY

    Due to the nature of wellness and supplement products, all sales are final. Refunds, returns, exchanges, replacements, or store credits may be granted solely at the discretion of Vital Baseline. ---
